Superheroes Comment about Aliens
A task force made up of superheroes issued statements today. Apparently the task force was organized to address the presence of the alien ships which appeared last month. The group's spokesman is Dr. Milo Tagelohn, better known as the Gnome. In a public address, the Gnome offered reassurances that the task force would do everything in its power to determine the purpose of the aliens' visit to our world, and to take whatever action was necessary.
Quartz director Meriwether also issued a statement. He had this to say:
"The superhero task force is under the guidance of Quartz, and we will provide them with every possible resource to ensure the protection of the American public. This is precisely the sort of emergency for which the Quartz Special Powers Act was recently passed."
