Standing Orders: Continue to practice moving while insubstantial. He wants to get better at evasive manuevers while in solid matter.
Special Orders: Contact the Weaponers and see if they can create an energy weapon that will work while insubstantial. I've also sent this request directly to the player who runs the Weaponers.
Overt: Nightshadow will try to get some capital for further schemes by robbing the bank at Fifth and Third. He'll go in at two in the morning, using his ability to become insubstantial to bypass the locks and alarms. He'll walk into the vault, clean out as much as he can, and leave out the back wall.
